Appointments & Treatments
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us directly. We kindly ask that clients provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, may result in a partial or full charge. This is to compensate for time reserved exclusively for you.
Refunds for Treatments
Once an aesthetic treatment or service has been provided, refunds are not available. Results of aesthetic treatments can vary between individuals, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your concerns and, where appropriate, discuss suitable next steps.
Skincare Products (Online Shop)
Returns
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare, certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety purposes.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us by email with your order details. Approved returns must be sent back within the stated timeframe.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds for Products
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Digital Products (E-Book)
All digital products, including downloadable or accessed e-books, are non-refundable once purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
